Rather than developing new high-impact molds, the project draws 100% on off-the-shelf components already in production for the manufacture of outdoor balustrades and railings.
Aluminum, steel, tempered glass. Every single element is borrowed from balustrades, then paired and transformed into a bookshelf.
This choice optimizes manufacturing and processes, taking advantage of proven manufacturing know-how and allowing the outdoor furniture industry to produce indoor furniture.
